Cyera wrapped the US-based agentic identity & access management software provider Oasis Security for $1B to unify identity and data security into the most comprehensive platform for securing AI.

In April, a Spain-based travel management software provider Amadeus IT Group agreed to acquire IDEMIA Public Security, France-based provider of AI-driven student cyber safety and wellbeing software, for $1.4B to further expand its biometric capabilities and extend its traveler ID capabilities. 

Recent largest deals in Security sector include the sale of Dragos in June, an Irish a cyber threat intelligence, endpoint security software company, to Accenture for $3.25B to enhance operational technology. 

In Israel, AI-enabled enterprise usage control and browser security software provider LayerX Security was bought for $205M by US-based content delivery network operator Akamai Technologies to accelerate innovation and deliver greater value to its clients.

In another interesting April deal, cybersecurity services provider Quarkslab was acquired by France-based Airbus Defence and Space, broadening its position in the European cybersecurity landscape. 

In Germany, a provider of identity security and access management services iC Consult was scooped up by UK-based security firm Bridgepoint Group for $495.7M in April to accelerate global expansion in identity security.

Some representative transactions included the acquisition of US-based provider of cybersecurity advisory and consulting services Optiv Consulting by Vobis Ventures to help enterprises secure AI deployments and strengthen their security programs.
